On July 9, 2012, CMS Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that William M. Mooney, Jr., a current director, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company as well as the Company’s wholly-owned bank subsidiary, CMS Bank (formerly known as Community Mutual Savings Bank). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
