On July 3, 2012, Air Lease Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a definitive purchase agreement and related letter agreements (collectively, the “Purchase Agreement”) with The Boeing Company (“Boeing”). Pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, the Company agreed to purchase 75 737-8/9 MAX aircraft from Boeing, with 25 additional aircraft subject to reconfirmation. Deliveries of these aircraft are scheduled to commence in 2018 and to continue through 2022.
