On July 3, 2012 we issued a press release announcing our intention to seek to raise additional capital through the issuance of a series of Unsecured Convertible Debentures. The issuance is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
