On June 29, 2012, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $210,884.70. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of July 31, 2012, payable on August 17, 2012.
A copy of the News Release issued by the registrant on July 2, 2012, is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01 and is incorporated here by reference.
