SWK Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2012 annual meeting of stockholders on June 28, 2012. At the meeting, the Company’s stockholders elected Michael D. Weinberg as a Class I director. Additionally, stockholders voted to ratify the selection of Burr Pilger Mayer, Inc. as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012.
