On June 20, 2012, SCOLR Pharma, Inc. announced its unaudited net sales of its nutritional products for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2011 and the first quarter ended March 31, 2012. A copy of the press release containing this information is attached to this current report as Exhibit 99.1.
