Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 25, 2012, Flotek Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has entered into transactions to repurchase $15,000,000 of the Company’s senior convertible notes. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
