ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
In a press release dated June 21, 2012, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated announced the opening of its newest Cheesecake Factory restaurant at Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover, Maryland. The restaurant opened on June 20, 2012 and contains approximately 10,200 square feet and 275 seats.
