On June 15, 2012, our Board of Directors removed Stephen I. Robie as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary. Effective June 15, 2012, Terry G. Roussel, the Company’s Principal Executive Officer, has assumed responsibility for performing the functions of the Company’s Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer.
