Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Dr. Homaira Akbari resigned from her position as President of SkyBitz, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Telular Corporation, effective as of June 15, 2012. Dr. Akbari has left the Company to pursue other interests, and her responsibilities will be assumed by the Telular senior management team.
