On June 13, 2012, Endeavour International Corporation issued a press release announcing the pricing of an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
