On June 7, 2012, Orion Energy Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its re-stated full fiscal-year ended March 31, 2011, full fiscal-year ended March 31, 2012 and its fiscal 2012 fourth quarter.
