Item 1.01 – Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On June 11, 2012, Monarch Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Committed Line of Credit Note (the “Credit Facility”) with PNC Bank, National Association providing for a $5 million revolving line of credit. Borrowings under the Credit Facility bear interest based on changes in LIBOR. The Credit Facility contains standard covenants requiring the Company meet certain financial tests. The Credit Facility, which expires on June 7, 2013, will be used for general corporate purposes.
