Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 6, 2012, Masco Corporation (the “Company”) announced that, in connection with his upcoming retirement, Charles F. Greenwood is stepping down as the Company’s Vice President – Human Resources. Mr. Jai Shah, 46, has been appointed to serve as the Company’s Vice President – Chief Human Resource Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Shah has been employed with the Company since 2003, most recently serving as the Company’s Vice President – Finance, Retail/Wholesale Platform.
Mr. Greenwood will continue with the Company until his retirement next year to help ensure a smooth transition as Mr. Shah assumes his new role.
