Item 8.01. Other Events
On June 11, 2012, First Advantage Bancorp (the “Company”), the holding company for its wholly owned subsidiary, First Advantage Bank (the “Bank”), announced that on June 5, 2012, the Bank submitted an application for approval with the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions (the “TDFI”) to open a Loan Production Office and a Deposit Production Office to be located in Nashville, Tennessee.
