On June 6, 2012, Carl L. Gordon notified Complete Genomics, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation, effectively immediately, as a director on the Company’s Board of Directors. Dr. Gordon has stated that his resignation is not because of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
