Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On June 4, 2012, the Board of Managers of NGA Holdco, LLC (the “Company”) determined to change the Company’s fiscal year end for financial reporting purposes (but not for tax purposes) from December 31 to the last day of February. The Company’s report on the two-month transition period from January 1, 2012 through February 29, 2012 was filed June 5, 2012 on Form 10-Q.
