Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 5, 2012, Sara Lee Corporation (“Sara Lee”) announced that it intends to change its name to Hillshire Brands Company. Also on June 5, 2012, Sara Lee issued a press release announcing its strategy and key financial targets for fiscal year 2015 for its North American foods business. Copies of these press releases are attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
