Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 4, 2012, Hansen Medical, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its Magellan™ Robotic System for peripheral vascular interventions.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report, and the information in Exhibit 99.1 is incorporated herein by reference.
