Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement

On May 7, 2012, Forever Valuable Collectibles, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an Agreement for the Exchange of Common Stock with Armada Sports & Entertainment, Inc., a Nevada Corporation.  Effective June 1, 2012, Forever Valuable Collectibles, Inc.  has terminated this Agreement with Armada Sports and Entertainment, Inc. , and its Shareholders, R. Thomas and Joan L. Kidd and Tony Gebbia for failure to meet obligations and terms set forth in said Agreement.
