Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
(d) On June 1, 2012, Garth Wong, President and Chief Executive Officer of Oilsands Quest Inc. (the “Company”) submitted a notice of delisting of its common stock, par value $0.001 (the “Common Stock”) on behalf of the Company to the NYSE MKT LLC (the “NYSE MKT”). Additionally, the Company issued a press release announcing its application to delist its Common Stock from the NYSE MKT and its application to list the Common Stock on the Canadian National Stock Exchange. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein. The press release is also available on the Company’s website at www.oilsandsquest.com.
