Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers Holders
Effective June 8, 2012, Stephen Swartz, age 57, has been appointed Principal Executive Officer of eOn Communications. Also effective June 8, 2012, James W. Hopper, Chief Executive Officer and President, has resigned but will continue with the company on a part-time basis in an advisory role and will remain a member of the Board of Directors. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated into this Form 8-K by reference.
