On May 31, 2012 at approximately 2:00 p.m. Eastern time, ATMI, Inc. (the “Company”) will be presenting at Cowen and Company’s 40th Annual Technology, Media & Telecom Conference. The slide presentation to be used by the Company at the conference is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
