Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On May 30, 2012, Rudolph Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) posted an investor slide presentation on its investor relations website. Executive officers of the Company are using the slide presentation in connection with investor conferences beginning on May 30. Pursuant to Regulation FD, a copy of the slide presentation is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
