8.01 Other Events.
On May 30, 2012, AGL Resources Inc. (the “Company”) announced the resignation of Mr. Ralph Cleveland, Executive Vice President of the Company and President of Northern Illinois Gas Company, a subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Cleveland’s resignation will be effective as of June 1, 2012.
