TULSA, Okla., May 29, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 3DIcon Corporation (OTCBB:TDCP), a developer of volumetric, three-dimensional projection and display technologies, today announced that its new CEO, Mr. Mark Willner, has issued a new letter to Shareholders.
