Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On May 21, 2012, the Board of Directors of Your Event, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Mr. Kimitaka Saito. Mr. Saito resigned from his position as Commissioner of Auditing Committee/External Director. Mr. Saito desires to pursue other endeavors. Mr. Saito does not have any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
