On May 11, 2012, ISC8 Inc. (“ISC8”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its second quarter and first half of fiscal 2012, the 13 and the 26 weeks ended April 1, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
On May 16, 2012, ISC8 issued a press release announcing that it will hold a conference call to discuss its financial results for its second quarter and first half of fiscal 2012, the 13 and the 26 weeks ended April 1, 2012, on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 1:15 PM Pacific Daylight Time. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
ISC8 makes or will make reference to non-GAAP financial information in both the press release and the conference call. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures is contained in the attached press release.
