Ceradyne, Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 16, 2012. A total of 22,331,471 shares of our common stock were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting, representing 91.97% of the 24,280,505 shares of common stock outstanding as of the March 21, 2012 record date.
