Item 8.01 Other Events.
As previously disclosed, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including its Immigration and Customs Enforcement arm, as well as the office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, have been conducting investigations into our compliance with employee work authorization laws and regulations. On May 17, 2012, we received a subpoena from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC, pursuant to a formal order of investigation by that agency requesting that we provide information regarding our compliance with employee work authorization requirements, our related public statements and other disclosures, and related information. We intend to fully cooperate with the SEC in its investigation.
