On May 11, 2012, CTD Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing record revenue of $441,909 and an undisclosed profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. This information is not deemed to be “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and is not incorporated by reference into any registration statements filed under the Securities Act of 1933.
