On May 15, 2012, Morningstar, Inc. issued a press release announcing that Kunal Kapoor has been promoted to president of Morningstar’s Data division, effective June 4, 2012.  Kunal Kapoor will replace Liz Kirscher, who, as previously announced, is leaving the company in June.  A copy of the company’s press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
