Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 14, 2012, the registrant issued a press release announcing financial results of its predecessor, Special Value Continuation Fund, LLC, for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
