On May 7, 2012 Trex Company, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. Also on May 7, 2012, Trex Company, Inc. held an earnings call to discuss the financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the transcript for the earnings call is attached as Exhibit 99.2. Both the press release and the transcript for the earnings call are incorporated herein by reference.
