On May 10, 2012, BancorpSouth, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Aubrey Patterson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, plans to retire as Chief Executive Officer in 2013.
A copy of the press release announcing the retirement of Mr. Patterson is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
