Item 8.01. Other Events
On May 10, 2012, Mylan Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has increased its guidance range for 2012 to $2.45 to $2.55 and that its Board of Directors has approved the repurchase of up to $500 million of the Company’s common stock. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
