On May 9, 2012, Vocera Communications, Inc. (“Vocera”) reported its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2012 that ended on March 31, 2012. A copy of the press release issued by Vocera is furnished as Exhibit 99.01 to this report.

On May 9, 2012, Vocera announced that Sharon L. O’Keefe will join the Governance and Nominating Committee. Ms. O’Keefe, President of the University of Chicago Medical Center, joined Vocera’s Board of Directors in March 2012. Vocera’s Board approved the committee appointment effective as of May 8, 2012.

On May 7, 2012, Donald F. Wood advised Vocera’s Board of Directors of his election to step off of Vocera’s Board, effective immediately. Mr. Wood joined Vocera’s Board in November 2000 in connection with the investment in Vocera by Vanguard Ventures, of which Mr. Wood is a general partner.
