Other Events.

On May 7, 2012, Insmed Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has lifted the clinical hold previously placed on ARIKACE® (liposomal amikacin for inhalation) in Cystic Fibrosis (CF) patients with Pseudomonas lung infections.
A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
