On March 19, 2102, Robert Babkie resigned from his positions as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and director of Zevotek, Inc. (the “Company”) and from his positions of President, Secretary and director of Ionicbulb.com, Inc., the Company’s subsidiary.
