(b) On May 3, 2012, Matthew J. McGrath resigned from his position as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development of SunCoke Energy, Inc. to pursue another career opportunity. Mr. McGrath’s resignation will be effective May 31, 2012.
