Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Company has engaged Equities Awareness Group to assist the Company in its investor relations efforts and to increase the investment community’s awareness of the Company. Such services to include investor relations campaign planning, development and distribution of Company investor relations information through third-party investor databases and other channels.
