Item 2.02. | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On May 3, 2012, MCG Capital Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. In addition, on April 27, 2012, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a distribution of $0.14 per common share payable on July 13, 2012 to stockholders of record on June 13, 2012.
