Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 3, 2012, Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing information about the Company’s financial condition and results of operations for the for the quarterly period ended April 1, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
