Effective April 30, 2012, as part of the planned management succession program, Robert Stache elected to retire from his position as Senior Vice President—Sales of StoneMor GP LLC, the general partner (“StoneMor GP”) of StoneMor Partners L.P. Vaughn Giwa, a long-term employee of StoneMor GP, was promoted from his position of Regional Vice President of Sales to Senior Vice President — Sales upon Robert Stache’s retirement.
