On May 2, 2012, STAAR Surgical Company (the “Company”) published a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended March 30, 2012, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 2, 2012, the Company held a conference call to discuss the financial results for the quarter ended March 30, 2012. The Company provided slides to accompany its presentation on the May 2, 2012 conference call, which are available on the Company’s website at www.staar.com.
