On May 2, 2012, Materion Corporation issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share of common stock, payable on June 1, 2012, to shareholders of record on May 18, 2012.
