On April 30, 2012, Electrum International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) announced that Mr Craig Michael had resigned as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Joseph Gutnick has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
