Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

In connection with a proposed refinancing of approximately $161 million of the Company’s non-extended term loans due August 2013 with new secured term loans, Travelport anticipates disclosing to prospective investors the following information that has not been previously reported.

The Company estimates that Net Revenue, Operating Income, EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 will be approximately $550 million, $66 million, $123 million and $140 million, respectively.

Travelport Adjusted EBITDA is defined as earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization adjusted to exclude the impact of purchase accounting, impairment of goodwill and intangibles assets, expenses incurred to acquire and integrate Travelport’s portfolio of businesses, costs associated with Travelport’s restructuring efforts, non-cash equity-based compensation, and other adjustments made to exclude expenses management views as outside the normal course of operations. Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP financial measure, and the most comparable GAAP measure is Operating Income.
