Amendment to Articles of Incorporation
On April 24, 2012, Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) filed an amendment to the Company’s articles of incorporation with the Florida Department of State to increase the Company’s authorized common stock from two billion (2,000,000,000) to four billion (4,000,000,000) shares of common stock, no par value per share.
