On April 26, 2012, First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”), the sole general partner of First Industrial, L.P. (the “Operating Partnership”), issued a press release announcing the final results of a previously announced tender offer by the Operating Partnership for certain of the Operating Partnership’s outstanding notes.
Attached and incorporated by reference as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the Company’s press release dated April 26, 2012, with respect to the foregoing information.
